How do you know when you’re ready to return-to-running after having your baby? We’ve got you covered.

This is the million dollar question we get asked by all our mother runners! We wish it was as simple as X days after delivery, but it’s more complex than that. We work with each of our mamas to assess their pelvic floor, core and hip strength first. That builds our foundation of strength. Next we work on impact loading and jumping drills in preparation for the dynamic movements that are required for running. Once all of those pieces are coordinating well, then we start to reintroduce a return-to-run training plan to help our mother runners reach their speed and distance goals.
